These are goals for the finished formula, not results. Each will be checked in testing before it becomes a statement about the product.
A shampoo is on the scalp for a minute or two, then rinsed away. That short contact time changes what any ingredient can reasonably be expected to do, and it means results reported for leave-on products do not carry over. Whatever the finished shampoo does will have to be shown for the shampoo itself.
It also separates two different kinds of claim. Hair-fiber claims (softness, shine, manageability) come mostly from the cleansing and conditioning system. Scalp claims are a separate category with a separate evidence bar.
Zinc pyrithione is the zinc compound most people have met in a shampoo. It is a specific antifungal active used in regulated anti-dandruff products. The zinc form in AuraAnn's system is zinc gluconate, a different compound, and research on one does not transfer to the other.
Copper has a role in normal hair pigment biology, but that does not mean a copper shampoo affects graying or growth. Magnesium has no established scalp or hair benefit in a rinse-off format. The Mineral Library goes deeper on each.
