Shipping and returns

• We ship within the United States. International shipping is not offered yet.
• Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are made in batches to order, so please allow a few business days for your order to ship. You will receive tracking by email when it does.
• Free or discounted shipping offers, when running, appear at checkout. We do not advertise a threshold we cannot confirm.

We do not offer a standing return window. Returns and refunds are handled case by case.

If something is not right with your order, email support@auraann.com with your order number and what happened. A person reads every message and will reply with next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo of the package and we will make it right at no cost to you.
