Word of mouth
Our first customers came through MineralsRx, a separate brand run by the same family, and through friends telling friends. No advertising. This page explains that relationship and draws the line between a growth story and a product claim.
MineralsRx and AuraAnn are run by the same family and share one mineral system. They are separate brands with separate stores and separate purposes. MineralsRx is the Rx lane: it sells oral mineral drops and its own cream at a higher mineral concentration, and it works closely with practitioners. AuraAnn is the lifestyle lane: a daily cream at a lower concentration, and a personal-care line in development, sold directly to people who read labels.
AuraAnn has no practitioner directory, no practitioner program, and does not sell or describe MineralsRx products. If you are looking for those, they live on the MineralsRx site. The only thing this site says about MineralsRx is what is on this page: the relationship, and the fact that it is where our first customers came from.
People who bought from MineralsRx asked about the cream. Some bought it alongside their order. Some told a friend. The friend asked where to get it. That loop, repeated for months without a single ad, is how AuraAnn built its first customer base.
We are proud of that. We also know exactly what it is: a statement about trust between people, not a statement about the cream’s effect on anyone’s skin. A recommendation from someone you know is the strongest reason most people try a product. It is not a study, and we will never present it as one.
We have messages from customers. Some of them are lovely. Publishing them responsibly requires written consent, a check of what each message claims, a clear statement of what typical results look like, and disclosure of any relationship with the person. We have not built that program yet, so the messages stay private. When the program exists, we will ask before we publish a word.
What we do ask is simple. Try a jar. If it helps, tell someone who might need it. That is how you found us, and it is still the only marketing we trust.
