Who we are
This site is operated by AuraAnn Skincare LLC (“AuraAnn”, “we”). Contact: support@auraann.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders. Checkout is handled by Shopify. Your name, shipping address, email, and payment details are collected by Shopify to process and deliver your order. We see the order and shipping details, never your full payment card.
- Waitlist and newsletter. Your email address, the product you asked about, the page you signed up on, and the time you consented. Used only to send the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Contact form. Your name, email, and message, used to reply to you.
- Cart. Items in your cart are stored in your browser so they are there when you come back. In live checkout mode, Shopify holds a cart record.
- Analytics. If analytics are enabled, they run only after you consent and collect aggregated page and event data. We do not collect health conditions, symptoms, or treatment information through analytics or any form.
Who processes it
- Shopify Inc. (checkout, orders, customer records)
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
- An email service provider for waitlist and newsletter delivery, named here when connected
Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms and our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as required for tax and accounting. Waitlist and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages for up to two years, then deleted.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@auraann.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Decline analytics when asked. The site works the same either way.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Substantive changes are noted on this page.
