Do zinc, copper, and magnesium work better together in skincare?
Nobody can honestly say they do. The three minerals have distinct roles in normal biology, which makes combining them a reasonable formulation choice, but a claim that a combination outperforms something else requires a direct comparison of finished products in people. That study does not exist for AuraAnn Mineral Cream or, as far as we are aware, for any comparable cosmetic using these three forms. Does zinc block copper, as I have read about supplements?
That is a real dietary finding and it belongs to the digestive tract. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements notes that sustained high zinc intake, on the order of 50 mg per day or more, can interfere with copper absorption and reduce copper status, and that this interaction is the basis for the tolerable upper intake level of 40 mg per day for adults. Those figures describe swallowing supplements over weeks and months. They do not describe small amounts of mineral salts in a cream, and they should not be read as a warning about topical products or as a rationale for balancing them.
Why include three minerals if you cannot claim a combined benefit?
Because a formulation choice and a marketing claim are different things. How would AuraAnn prove a combination claim in future?
