Our story
AuraAnn did not begin with a market study. It began with a jar that kept getting passed around, and a founder who decided to take it seriously.

The cream came before the company. It was something the family made and used, then gave to friends who asked, then made again because the friends came back. Nobody was selling anything. People simply kept asking where they could get more.
That pattern, where the product travels on recommendation before it has a name, is the whole origin of AuraAnn. We tell it as a story about how a small brand grows, not as evidence about what the cream does. Those are different things, and we keep them separate on purpose.
In the summer of 2025 the founder, Seth Grant, was interning at a startup in Austin. Instead of the usual intern work, his mentor there set him a different task: pick a business and start it, today. He chose the cream, because he had been using it for years and knew what it was.
AuraAnn Skincare LLC was formed that year. The following year the venture became Seth’s entrepreneurship capstone at Baylor University and placed in the Top 50 of Baylor’s New Venture Competition. Most of that first year was structure rather than sales: the company, the label, the customer conversations, the supply chain. It was a year of learning to be an owner before there was much to own.
The customer interviews from that year taught us something we had not expected. The people who cared most were the ones who read labels: adults with dry, reactive-feeling skin who had already tried the drugstore shelf, and parents looking for something simple and fully disclosed for a child. They did not want promises. They wanted to know exactly what was in the jar.
That is why the ingredient list is printed in full, why we say fragrance-free and steroid-free and stop there, and why the Mineral Library exists. It is a site built for people who check.
AuraAnn is becoming a mineral-led personal-care line: shampoo, conditioner, a mist, a lip balm, a face serum, and a sunscreen, all built on the same mineral base as the cream. Each one is in development, and each product page tells you exactly what has to be true before it ships. We would rather show you an honest in-development page than a pretty one with a fake launch date.
We are small, founder-owned, and in no hurry to be anything else. Give us a shot, and if it helps, tell someone. That is how we got here.
