What we publish, how we decide, and what we hold back

A skincare site is a set of promises. Ours are small on purpose. This page shows the process that keeps them that way.

The product

Every ingredient is printed on the jar and on the product page, in labeling order. Nothing is grouped under a blend name.
Colloidal oatmeal is declared as the skin protectant active at 1%.
Fragrance-free, steroid-free, and paraben-free are each checkable against the ingredient list.
Directions and warnings on the site match the label.
The cream is made in batches to order, and production records are kept for every batch.

The claim register

Every objective statement about a product on this site maps to a record in an internal claim register. Each record holds the exact wording, what a reasonable person would take it to mean, the evidence tier, the sources, who approved it, and what would trigger a review. Statements that are not approved do not render on the public site. This is enforced in the site’s code, not just in a policy document.

Education pages cite primary sources: regulations, peer-reviewed reviews and studies, government fact sheets, and official platform documentation. Competitor marketing is never a source.
Every citation is checked to resolve and to match its stated title and authors before publication.
Each education page names its author, its reviewer, and both dates. Where scientific review is still pending, the page says so in a visible status block rather than hiding it.
Every mineral page carries a section titled “What this does not prove about AuraAnn.”
We do not publish testimonials, before-and-after images, or review ratings until a program exists with written consent, claim review, and a typical-results policy.
We do not publish patent language, comparative claims, or superlatives.

Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, we want to know. Email support@auraann.com with the page and the issue. Substantive corrections update the page’s revision date and are noted at the bottom of the page. Formula or label changes trigger a review of every claim tied to the product.

Things we are still confirming

Honesty includes saying what is not finished. A few statements you might expect from a skincare brand are absent from this site because the supporting file is not complete:

Hypoallergenic. Requires safety-assessment documentation before we will use the word.
Any statement about the mineral system’s intellectual property or licensor.
Mineral concentrations per gram.
Any sensory or performance claim beyond the label, pending use testing.

As each is verified, the claim register is updated and the site follows.
